Background

"Professional-Affordable-Exciting" is what people say when they talk about Portraits of Iowa. Here at Portraits of Iowa I don't tell you how to do the photoshoot, I work with you to get it done right. My photographs speak for themselves. Through my work, I convey my inner most feelings to the public. As a person with a disability, my goal is to help people understand that I am no different than them. As native Iowan, I capture the beauty of both the natural and technological worlds in which I grew up. Whether cityscapes, muscle cars or a lone prairie flower, my subjects are photographed within a stable composition. I feel that I have a flair for photographic ideas both in and out of the studio. With 15 years of experience as a freelance photographer, I have gained my experience.
